the barrel pant is the pant that changed pants for us at nettle. we were devoted wide leg pant girlies until we made this shape, and suddenly remembered there were other silhouettes worth loving. it still has the roomy, floaty feel we always reach for, but with a more curved leg that tapers in just enough. we love ours with mary janes, and cute socks

keda is 5'2" and measures 60" bust, 54" waist, 65" hip. keda is wearing 3XL / 22.5" inseam.
elijah is 6’3” with a 32” inseam and measures 52” bust, 41” waist, 49” hips, and has a 27” long torso. elijah is wearing size 3XL / 22.5" inseam.
madison is 5'7", and measures 36" bust, 28" waist, 38" hips. madison is wearing size small / 22.5" inseam.
our regular length is 23.5” inseam and these are measuring short of that at 21.5” and 22.5.

These pants are perfection!
When these were coming out I knew I wanted to get them. I had all the other twill barrel pants in the colors offered. I was hesitant at first due to the shorter length. But took the plunge and ordered these in a size Medium instead of my usual size Small to see if they would work being slightly longer. And yes, they will work out beautifully and coordinate with all my other Nettle Studios clothing. I'm sure these pants will be in use for many years to come.
Nettle said the inseam on these was a mistake but they are the best fitting and most comfortable pair of pants I’ve ever worn.
