OUR POLICY
As a small business, we’re only able to offer exchanges or store credit for returns. We can’t deviate from this policy, so thank you so much for your understanding and support, it truly means the world to us!
If your purchase doesn’t work out, you can request an exchange or return for store credit through our Returns Portal.
Eligibility & Timing
- Returns are eligible up to 14 business days after delivery.
- Approved returns must be mailed back within 7 business days of acceptance.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it’s delivered back to us.
Fit Help = Guaranteed Exchanges
We honor ALL exchange requests if we helped you with sizing first 💛 If you have questions about fit, reach out before purchasing at hello@nettlestudios.com, we’re always happy to help!
Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Due to limited quantities, an exchange may not always be available. Exchanges are not held until your original item is received.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit code for the value of the item(s) returned, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original, good condition
Items returned late, damaged, or visibly worn will be sent back to you and no return will be issued.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items, sample pieces, or in-person market purchases
- Brand-direct pieces from the Treet Resale Community
- Pattern customization pieces
- Custom made-to-order items
