Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nettle Studios! We’re a small team carefully packing and shipping each order from our studio, and we truly appreciate your support.

Processing Times

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Orders are typically packed and shipped Tuesday–Friday between 8am–10am PST.

Please note:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays

• During launches, sales, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

• Made-to-order or preorder items will ship within the timeline listed on the product page

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using USPS and UPS depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping speeds shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping speed.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, typically use the most economical shipping method available and may result in longer transit times depending on location.

If you need an order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Duties

• Taxes

• Import charges

• Local carrier fees

These charges are not included in the order total at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and may be impacted by customs processing or local postal systems.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Nettle Studios is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nettlestudios.com. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships.

Please note that carriers occasionally experience delays in scanning packages, especially during busy shipping periods. It is normal for tracking updates to take 24–72 hours to fully update after label creation.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Nettle Studios is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Weather disruptions

• Customs delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Delivery issues caused by carriers

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members

• Contacting your local post office or carrier directly

• Waiting a few additional business days for delayed scans or delivery attempts

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Delivery refusal

• Failure to claim delivery

• Repeated failed delivery attempts

may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
