GENERAL FAQ

  • RTS = READY TO SHIP
  • MTO = MADE TO ORDER (all items without RTS are MTO!)
  • INSEAM OPTIONS: Short: -2” (for 5’3” and below*), Regular: 0” (for 5’3” - 5’5”*), Long: +5” (for 5’6” and above*) * these are approximations based on general height & inseam. You know best whether or not your inseam runs “long” or “short”, regardless of your height.
  • SIZE CHARTS: each listing will have a size chart as the last image! If you need help with sizing, email your bust/waist/hip measurements to hello@nettlestudios.com

 

SHIPPING

  • All US orders ship for a flat fee of $9
  • International orders are calculated through our international DHL partner. Prices include shipping and estimated duties + taxes!
  • All USA orders ship via USPS and UPS. Once you get tracking information, please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to become available.
  • Nettle Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after leaving our studio. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
  • We HIGHLY recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout.
  • Return shipping is to be paid for by customer.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you have any questions about fit or sizing before or after purchasing, please reach out to us at hello@nettlestudios.com 
  • We honor ALL exchange requests if we helped you with sizing first!
  • If for some reason your purchase does not work out, please log into your Nettle Account and request a return through this link.
  • At this time, we only offer store credit for returns.
  • Once we process the return you will receive a code to use in our online store for the value of the items returned minus the shipping fee.
  • Returns with custom side seam pocket will be processed with a 25% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping back to Nettle Studios when returning an item.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item's delivery.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in good condition.
  • Returning a damaged or visibly worn item may result in it being sent back to you and no return will be issued.
  • ALL of the following are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return: sale items, brand-direct pieces from Resale Community, items with pattern customization, and custom made to order items.
