RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you have any questions about fit or sizing before or after purchasing, please reach out to us at hello@nettlestudios.com 
  • We honor ALL exchange requests if we helped you with sizing first!
  • If for some reason your purchase does not work out, please log into your Nettle Account and request a return through this link.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item's delivery.
  • Returns must be mailed back within 7 days of being accepted.
  • At this time, we only offer store credit for returns.
  • Customer is responsible for paying shipping back to Nettle Studios when returning an item.
  • Once we process the return you will receive a code to use in our online store for the value of the items returned minus the shipping fee.
  • Returns with custom side seam pocket will be processed with a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in good condition.
  • Returning an item late, damaged, or visibly worn will result in it being sent back to you and no return will be issued. 
  • ALL of the following are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return:
    • Sale or in-person market pieces
    • Brand-direct pieces from Treet Resale Community
    • Pattern customization pieces
    • Custom made to order pieces.
