RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR POLICY

As a small business, we’re only able to offer exchanges or store credit for returns. We can’t deviate from this policy, so thank you so much for your understanding and support, it truly means the world to us!

If your purchase doesn’t work out, you can request an exchange or return for store credit through our Returns Portal.

Eligibility & Timing

• Returns are eligible up to 14 business days after delivery.
• Approved returns must be mailed back within 7 business days of acceptance.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it’s delivered back to us.
  

NETTLE+ Optional Return Coverage (New!)

At checkout, you may choose to add NETTLE+ Returns Coverage to eligible items in your order for a small fee.

• If you add Return Coverage, your return shipping is fully covered — no additional return shipping fees later.
• If you do not add Return Coverage, return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit at the rates required at the time your return is shipped.

Please note:
Return Coverage does not override final sale items or other store policies, and it does not change our exchange/store credit-only return structure.

Exchanges

Due to limited quantities, an exchange may not always be available. This is why we offer Instant Exchange which requires a payment hold for any exchange request. Once the original item is returned, the payment hold is released/reversed.

Item Condition

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original, good condition

Items returned late, damaged, or visibly worn will be sent back to you and no return will be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale items, sample pieces, or in-person market purchases
• Brand-direct pieces from the Treet Resale Community
• Pattern customization pieces
• Custom made-to-order items
