RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small business, we’re only able to offer store credit or exchanges for returns. We cannot deviate outside of this policy, so thank you so much for your understanding and support in advance!
- If your purchase doesn’t work out, you can request an exchange or return for store credit through our self-serve Return Portal.
- We honor ALL exchange requests if we helped you with sizing first! If you have any questions about fit, please reach out to us at hello@nettlestudios.com.
- Returns will be accepted within 14 business days of your item's delivery.
- Returns must be mailed back within 7 business days of being accepted.
- Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed after being delivered back to us.
- Exchanges are NOT held until your item is returned. Due to limited stock an exchange may not be available.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping back to Nettle Studios when returning an item.
- Once we process the return you will receive a code to use in our online store for the value of the items returned minus the shipping fee.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in good condition.
- Returning an item late, damaged, or visibly worn will result in it being sent back to you and no return will be issued.
- ALL of the following are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return:
- Sale or in-person market pieces
- Brand-direct pieces from Treet Resale Community
- Pattern customization pieces
- Custom made to order pieces
